I was reading a post a few days ago in Curbed where they play a game of sorts called Pricespotter. They put up some basic information about a new listing including a few interior images and then ask the readers to guess how much the property might be listed for. This Chelsea co-op has a fireplace that does not work, but is the focal point of the living room and looks great as it favors the wood flooring.
It was revealed a few days later this Chelsea studio apartment located at 250 West 21st Street, Unit 8 Chelsea, Manhattan, NY, 10011 is listed for $650,000 as of today’s date and is a Compass Real Estate listing. This pre-war one bedroom unit was remodeled and features a chef’s kitchen with stainless appliances, white lacquered cabinets, a full size dishwasher and Caesarstone countertops.
